 You need to  make changes in Income, household, etc. if you are getting subsidies thru the Marketplace.. You only have to go to the Marketplace if you are eligible for subsidies.

If off the exchange then you can go here (NOTE: This link does not work with Internet Explorer- Please use Google Chrome for the best experience) and sign up or change your plan with the quotes.  Or email me for quotes.

I also have paper application and information on the Dental plans. Or you can change your plan or you can keep your plan. You should have received your renewal notices of the plan you will be on for the next year.

If you go thru the Exchange you should have a log in and password or you can call the 1-800-318-2596 and talk to a live person and give them your information.  Please give them my name and my National Producer Number of 1933568 so I can be linked to your application and help you choose a plan and take care of your policy ongoing. 

When you go online and call and/or  make a change my Number will be left off and you have to tell them to put me on as your agent.
